MTI high flow air lid is the first of its kind to be produced. It was designed on a chassis dyno for maximum HP and proven at the track with reduced ETs and higher trap speeds. This complete, easy to install unit comes with everything necessary for installation including band clamp.
The unique clear design will give visual appeal to your engine bay and also allow you to check the condition of the air filter without removing the air lid.
This lid works on all LS1 powered f-bodies, including Firebird WS6 cars and also camaro SS cars. It also works with the stock air filter, or any aftermarket filter such as K&N or Holley (air filter not included).
NOTE: For 2000-2002 LS1 cars, a breather filter is required for the AIR pump tube that is connected to the stock airbox (sold seperately).
